I'm gonna keep telling you about my dreams, because dang have they become hilarious:
THINGS I NEVER THOUGHT WOULD HAPPEN AS A MISSIONARY:
#31: Been reading too much Bible Dictionary: I had a dream that Disney Channel wanted to make a reproduction of "Bel and the Dragon" from the Apocrypha, and they cast Mickey Mouse, Kim Kardashian, and Kevin from UP to star in it. Kim was freaking out.
Christmas as a missionary is awesome. We get to spread the Christmas cheer everywhere!
This week we met with Michael, the guy who just out of of jail. He faces excommunication from the Church but that really doesn't daunt him or stop him from learning more and building his testimony! I really admire that.
We also have been preparing Isaiah for baptism. Hopefully next Saturday unless there are complications! He is a truly humble and penitent soul, who is being baptized unto repentance! He loves the ward and has so much fellowship there. He volunteered to clean the church building this Saturday without even being asked! What a kid! It's amazing to see the Spirit making things make sense for him.
We also had two lessons with Derika. Her husband is stellar. He has such a great testimony of the Church restored! And they both are amazing. I think him joining the Church caused a lot of conflict for them, but they both are trying to make it work out and turning to the Lord for it! The Spirit has been so strong in these lessons, but it's almost like she doesn't want it to be true because it challenges what she knew.
I have a lot of thoughts when it comes to Christmas, but above all, that there is nothing more important than celebrating His holy birth, life, and death and resurrection! 7
"For behold, I say unto you there be many things to come; and behold, there is one thing which is of more importance than they all—for behold, the time is not far distant that the Redeemer liveth and cometh among his people."
Here we are being Santa's Angels at the ward Christmas Party. Please excuse the fact that I am still smokin even though I have given up on hair and makeup.
